Hi Bride!
We are so excited you are here! This post is going to give you the inside scoop about how we do weddings and what we offer. So, with that being said let's get into it!
Step One - Yay! Your engaged! Once you have set a wedding date, call in or stop in to book your wedding. We only take one wedding a weekend so we can give your wedding our full attention.
Step Two - When you book your wedding date we will give you a pink folder to take home and fill out. In this folder you will fill out how many people, colors, what you want for your hall and ceremony, florals ect.
Step Three - Once you fill out the paperwork we will get ahold of you to plan a day where you can come in. When you come in we will show you everything we have and start designing from there! We offer so many options for your wedding from vases, greens, and cheesecloth to backdrops and ceiling decorations.
Step Four - One we know what you want we will get everything figured out. We will come up with a layout for your wedding reception, create an invoice so we can stay within that budget and start on your flowers (if you choose for us to do them).
Step Five - Once we are a couple months out from your wedding (about two months) we will get back in touch with you and ask that you come in so we can iron out exactly what you want and the quantity.
Step Six - The BIG day! Well not quite, the Thursday before your wedding we will go into the haul to set up all the big items (backdrop, ceiling, start on tables). Then, Friday morning we will be right there with you decorating and making sure everything looks just the way you want! Then the big day, (for real this time) we will decorate the church the morning of your wedding (if you choose to have it decorated).
Step Seven - All that we ask of you at the end of your wedding night is to group all the items together on the tables. We will come in and take care of the rest!
And finally, we ask that you have your invoice paid by the end of one month since your wedding. (Ex. You get married March 23rd, invoice paid by April 23rd)
